Friday week 1
At the end of the week, we successfully completed our objective for the week. Our strategy for the robot was to knock down the stars hanging in the middle and throwing the rest of the stars. Today not much was done. Half of our team went to Stimpson Co. a manufacturing company of eyelets and grommets, to see a real world application of solidworks, autocad, and mastercam. When we got back since we are practically done the only thing we are doing is changing our code so that the arm runs on buttons.

Week 6 Wednesday
Due to hurricane Matthew, School has been closed down Thursday and Friday. Because of this we didn't meet our goal of completing the challenge. We instead created a new endofactor and installed it to the robot. This new endofactor is a metal square with thin flat metal allowing the robot to pick up both the square and the stars

Week 5 Friday
This week has been successful! We changed the gearing for the arm to give us more torque. Before, our arm was moving way too fast to control. We also changed the metal on our arm and built the part that will pick up the start during the challenge. Our goal is to be launching stars over the fence within the next 2 weeks!
